Worldwide Shipping
We ship to customers all around the world. No matter where you're located, we'll work to deliver your Nuvyro order to your door. Please note that shipping availability may vary by region, and any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United States & Canada: 7–14 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 8–15 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10–18 business days
- Rest of World: 10–20 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control. During peak seasons (such as holidays), delivery times may be longer than usual.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after you receive your confirmation email.
If you have not received your tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact our support team and we'll be happy to assist.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Nuvyro is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please reach out to us and we will do everything we can to help resolve the situation.
