Shipping Policy
We offer free tracked shipping on all orders to the United States and Canada. No minimum order required.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- United States: Free Tracked Shipping — 5–7 business days
- Canada: Free Tracked Shipping — 5–7 business days
- International: Calculated at checkout — 10–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been shipped, not when it is placed. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak periods.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active. If you have not received tracking details within 7 business days of placing your order, contact us at support@getnuvyro.com.
Customs & Import Duties
For international orders outside the US and Canada, customs duties, import taxes, or fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total at checkout.
Shipping Delays
Nuvyro is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we will do our best to help.
