30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind every product we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your item. No complicated processes — just straightforward support.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date

How to Start a Return

Starting a return is simple. Follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team via our Contact page within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number and the reason for your return.
  3. Our team will respond within 24–48 business hours with return instructions and a return shipping address.
  4. Pack your item securely and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method.

Please do not send items back without first contacting our support team, as we may not be able to process your return.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item received. We recommend using a trackable shipping service when sending items back, as Nuvyro cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit during the return process. If your return is the result of our error, we will provide instructions for a prepaid return or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. This will be clearly noted on the product page where applicable.
