How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7–15 business days depending on your location. During peak periods, delivery times may be slightly longer. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide! No matter where you are, we'll do our best to get your order to you. Shipping availability and times may vary by region. Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. To start a return, please contact our support team with your order number.

Do you offer a warranty?

Nuvyro does not currently offer a manufacturer's warranty on products, as we are a curated ecommerce retailer and not the original manufacturer. However, our 30-day satisfaction guarantee means that if your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund. Please contact our support team within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll make it right.
